Near Zagreb, 44 kilometers away, and 350 meters of elevation, at the base of Japetić mountain is located the wooden house Wellspring (in Gorica Svetojanska).

A part of plot (total of 2700 m2) is in restricted area Nature park Žumberak. In countryplace there are a few natural sources of drinking water. Nearest town is Jastrebarsko (9 km away).

Wooden house Wellspring has 2 floors with free wi-fi. On the first floor there is open day zone with a fireplace, a well-equipped living room, kitchen, one bedroom, spa zone with sauna and jaccuzzi, walk in shower, and toilette. On the upper level, there are two bedrooms that both have their own bathrooms, gallery for rest , reading area. Besides fireplace there is central heating for winter days and floor heating in the spa zone.
