Holiday house "Sunce"

Holiday house "Sunce" is located in the central part of northwestern Croatia in the town of Igrišće. It represents a five-star (*****) categorization of the object. The size of the house is 825.00 m2, and the area of ​​the plot is 16,000.00 m2. There is vineyard on a property with varieties of Graševina, Rhine Riesling, Muscat yellow and Brajda with various varieties of black and white grapes. The surroundings are dominated by forest, chirping birds and untouched nature and below the vineyard, in the forest is a stream. The view of the forest landscape stretches towards the Medvednica mountain and on the left you can see the Church of Saint Three Kings from Kraljevi Vrh. The spaciousness of the plot and openness from east to west during sunny days provide a warm all-day atmosphere during summer and winter. Walking tours or cycling in the area are just one of the advantages of the location.

The vacation house consists of two dining rooms, two living rooms, six bedrooms, five of which are double, one is a single room and five bathrooms. Living room has sofas and a bar. The leisure offer includes a pool table, table football, a Conrad Krause Berlin piano, a Finnish sauna for four people and a hydromassage tub (jacuzzi) for six people. The facility is air-conditioned and there is a barbecue equipment in the yard.

The house has a garage; covered and open free parking for six cars. At the entrance to the property there is a swing entrance door and the plot is surrounded by a fence.

Pets are not allowed in the facility and smoking is prohibited.
It is not rented for bachelor and bachelorette parties.
