Within 130 square meters of space, the house accommodates two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an impressive high ceiling, a kitchen, a gallery, a spa area with a heated pool and an infrared sauna, as well as a pool equipment room located in a small basement.

In addition to the dominant use of wood, the centerpiece of the home is a large heated pool filled with saltwater, produced through electrolysis, which makes the water healthier and eliminates the typical sulfur smell in the pool area. Panoramic windows connect the pool area with the yard, and the pool, set in a wooden interior enhanced by a tunnel fireplace, offers a truly unique experience.

Behind the house, there's a large covered terrace overlooking a spacious backyard featuring a barbecue, a children's playground, a decorative woodshed, and a wooden table with benches shaded by a centuries-old hornbeam tree. In front of the house, a large parking area offers space for five vehicles.
